• Set processes for smooth workflow and adherence to existing structures
• Responsibly and effectively handle client questions for allocated brands
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to measure the success of copywriting campaigns
• Continuously upskill for self-improvement and strive for better timely performance
