We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Specialist to deliver high‑quality non‑functional testing services across telecommunications platforms, services, and applications within a global environment. This role focuses on defining performance testing strategies, preparing and executing test plans and scripts, analysing results, and driving continuous improvement across Cloud, CRM, and Middleware domains. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, operations teams, and external partners to ensure solutions meet agreed quality, performance, scalability, and service objectives.

Application monitoring and observability practices using industry‑standard APM tools. Telecommunications domain expertise and large‑scale platform performance optimisation. Stakeholder management, delivery governance, budgeting, and resource planning skills. Automation, scripting, and reusable framework development techniques.
