Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking a performance test engineer to design and execute performance and load tests using industry-standard tools. You will define workloads, monitor KPIs, and analyze bottlenecks to improve application scalability and reliability.

The role requires close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams for tuning and optimization, plus compiling clear reports to guide capacity planning and infrastructure investments. Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner is preferred.

Required Candidate profile

Hands-on in JMeter/LoadRunner, strong analysis skills, understanding of KPIs, APM monitoring, bottleneck diagnosis, scripting knowledge, and ability to optimize application performance.
