Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking a performance engineer to design and execute load tests, and to develop scripts using JMeter or LoadRunner, while defining workload models.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze bottlenecks, prepare reports, and collaborate with development and infra teams for performance tuning and optimization to ensure scalable applications. You will also communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools for monitoring and bottleneck diagnosis.
• Ability to script and optimize application performance.
