About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with expertise in Microsoft technology stack. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and execute both manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software products.
2. Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts using Java and associated technologies.
3. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
4. Collaborate closely with development teams to review code changes, ensure testability, and validate adequate test coverage.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline QA processes, increase test efficiency, and elevate overall product quality.

What You’ll Bring:

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
3. Proficiency in Testing Concepts and QA methodologies.
4. Experience with defect tracking and QA management tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps).
5. Basic programming skills in Java.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
9. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
10. Familiarity with Automation Testing tools, such as Selenium.
11. Preferable: Experience with database testing and knowledge of SQL and related query languages.
12. Preferable: Understanding of performance testing tools like JMeter.
