Job summary

Crisil is seeking a data-driven specialist to support investor reporting by updating fund performance presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis. The role involves generating backend Excel support from internal systems, validating data, and ensuring clear, well-formatted materials for investors.

Responsibilities include performance attribution analysis, portfolio data aggregation, and maintaining high standards of presentation, with attention to compliance and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodical updates to fund performance presentation materials for investor reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Generate backend excel support documents from internal portfolio management systems to update materials.
• Validate fund data against internal systems and highlight differences and discrepancies.
• Aggregate and analyze data including historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative metrics across portfolios.
• Analyze performance attribution data across funds in the context of market environments and impact on returns.
• Maintain high formatting standards to present material clearly and accessibly.
• Address legal or compliance-related comments arising during reviews.
• Prepare visually appealing and professional presentations with investor readability in mind.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in the marketing materials process through continuous assessment.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Oversee overall project management including service delivery, stakeholder management and quality control.

Job description

Periodical updates to fund performance presentation materials, prepared for investor reporting purposes, on monthly and quarterly basis.

Generating backend excel support document from internal portfolio management systems for the purpose of updating the materials.

Validation of fund data against the internal portfolio management systems and highlighting differences and discrepancies.

Aggregate and analyze relevant data, encompassing historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative metrics about various portfolios.

Analyze performance attribution data across funds, on the backdrop of financial markets environment and understanding its impact on returns.

Ensure the best standards of formatting, with an objective to present material in a clear and digestible format.

Address any legal or compliance-related comments that arise during the review process.

Prepare visually appealing and professional presentations, with investors readability and accessibility in mind.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants.

Identify and implement efficiencies in the marketing materials process by continuously assessing areas for improvement.

Any other ad hoc tasks.
