Job summary

Crisil seeks a dedicated professional to manage the creation and updating of investor-focused fund performance presentations. You will compile data from portfolio systems, validate figures, and ensure clear, compliant, and accessible reporting for clients and prospects.

The role emphasizes accurate data analysis, effective presentation formatting, and proactive collaboration with stakeholders to deliver timely materials and responses to DDQs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly fund performance presentation materials for investor reporting.
• Generate backend Excel support documents from internal portfolio management systems for updating materials.
• Validate fund data against internal portfolio management systems and highlight discrepancies.
• Aggregate and analyze data including historical performance, risk metrics, and allocation changes across portfolios.
• Analyze performance attribution data in the context of market environment and impact on returns.
• Ensure high-quality formatting for clear, digestible investor materials.
• Address legal or compliance comments that arise during review.
• Prepare visually appealing presentations focused on investor readability and accessibility.
• Ensure timely communication with clients, prospects, and consultants.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in marketing materials.
• Provide support on Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) as relevant to the project.
• Oversee overall project management including service delivery, stakeholder management and quality control.

Job description

Periodical updates to fund performance presentation materials, prepared for investor reporting purposes, on monthly and quarterly basis.

Generating backend excel support document from internal portfolio management systems for the purpose of updating the materials.

Validation of fund data against the internal portfolio management systems and highlighting differences and discrepancies.

Aggregate and analyze relevant data, encompassing historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative metrics about various portfolios.

Analyze performance attribution data across funds, on the backdrop of financial markets environment and understanding its impact on returns.

Ensure the best standards of formatting, with an objective to present material in a clear and digestible format.

Address any legal or compliance-related comments that arise during the review process.

Prepare visually appealing and professional presentations, with investors readability and accessibility in mind.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants.

Identify and implement efficiencies in the marketing materials process by continuously assessing areas for improvement.

Provide support on Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) as may be relevant to the project/product.

Overall project management, including service delivery, stakeholder management and quality control.
