Job summary

Quest Global in Bangalore is seeking a hands-on Performance & Reliability Engineer to drive NFR testing across enterprise applications. Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Performance/ Reliability or NFR Testing.
• Hands-on Apache JMeter expertise.
• Experience defining and implementing NFR strategies for large-scale apps.
• Knowledge of: Performance, Load, Stress, Endurance testing; Reliability, Scalability, Resilience, Failover testing; Capacity planning and recovery testing; Chaos engineering.
• Experience creating synthetic test data and realistic test environments.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms, and observability tools.

We are seeking a hands-on Performance & Reliability Engineer with strong expertise in JMeter, enterprise-scale NFR testing, and modern AI-assisted engineering tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.). The primary focus areas are Performance, Reliability, Scalability, Resilience, and Failover Testing.

Work Experience

Required Skills

• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms, and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing large-scale platforms such as OTT, collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams), or other high-volume enterprise systems.
• Medical/Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong learning mindset and passion for Performance & Reliability Engineering.
