About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Campaign Executive with expertise in managing data-driven, ROI-focused paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, bid management, and conversion tracking, along with hands-on experience using external PPC tools for automation, optimization, and analytics.

This role involves working on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic ad platforms, ensuring maximum performance and cost efficiency.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-converting PPC campaigns across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign performance.
  • Utilize AI-powered PPC tools for automated bidding, performance forecasting, and audience insights.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Implement advanced retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.

Bid Management & Budget Optimization

  • Manage and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly PPC budgets to maximize ROAS.
  • Adjust bids, targeting, and placements dynamically using real-time performance data and external tools.
  • Implement smart bidding strategies (e.g., Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS).
  • Work with programmatic ad platforms to run display and native ad campaigns efficiently.

Analytics, Tracking & Performance Optimization

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters.
  • Track Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads Reports, and CRM analytics to measure performance effectively.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Generate detailed PPC reports with actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Ad Compliance & Market Research

  • Ensure all ads comply with Google, Meta, and platform-specific advertising policies.
  • Stay updated on PPC industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising technologies.
  • Conduct competitor research using PPC intelligence tools and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required Experience & Skills:Professional Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in handling large PPC budgets and delivering high ROAS.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Expertise in lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.

Technical Skills & External PPC Tools Expertise:

  • PPC Management Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads.
  • Automation & Optimization Tools: Adzooma, Optmyzr, WordStream, Revealbot, Marin Software, Smartly.io.
  • Experience with automated Bid & Budget Management Tools:
  • Competitor & Keyword Research Tools: SpyFu, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest.
  • Landing Page & CRO Tools: Unbounce, Instapage, ClickFunnels, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO.

Soft Skills & Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to optimize ad performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal team collaboration.
  • Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or PPC-related certifications are a plus.
