Multiplier AI is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern with a keen interest in Google Ads, paid marketing, lead generation and campaign optimization. You will work with the Digital Marketing team on live campaigns and gain hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, BBA, MBA or related fields.
Strong interest in Google Ads, PPC and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of keywords, bidding, CTR, CPC and conversions.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads.
Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and ROAS.
Assist with ad-copy creation, A/B testing, negative keywords and bid optimization.
Support lead generation and conversion optimization activities.
Track performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide insights.
Support landing-page and UTM tracking activities.

About The Role

Multiplier AI is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern with a strong interest in Google Ads, paid marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization. The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing team on live campaigns and gain hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads.
Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
Assist with ad-copy creation, A/B testing, negative keywords, and bid optimization.
Support lead generation and conversion optimization activities.
Track campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide optimization insights.
Support landing-page and UTM tracking activities.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Digital Marketing, B.Tech, or related fields.
70%+ / 7 CGPA throughout academics preferred.
Strong interest in Google Ads/PPC and Digital Marketing.
Basic understanding of keywords, bidding, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Google Ads/Google Analytics certification is an added advantage.
No active backlogs preferred.
