Base pay range

ZAR300,000.00/yr - ZAR360,000.00/yr

Palm TV is Looking for:

We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketer to build and lead our performance strategy across two verticals:

B2C: Drive creator sign-ups for our coaching platform via digital channels.

B2B: Run campaigns targeting HR, L&D, and mid-market decision-makers for our corporate handover platform.

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads — helping us build a scalable, profitable acquisition funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Own CAC, ROAS, CPL, and other core funnel metrics.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Build full-funnel performance campaigns for both B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-performing ads.
• Analyze and report performance to the CEO with actionable insights.
• Provide strategic direction on budget allocation across platforms and geographies.
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities to scale paid acquisition.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally for SaaS or tech products.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with mastery of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Ability to work independently, own projects, and make data-backed decisions.
• Proven success in both B2C and B2B campaign environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.

• Experience targeting African or emerging markets.
• Familiarity with video-based platforms or creator economy tools.

Job details

• Experience required: 5+ years
• Shift time : 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST
• Job Type: Full Time 3 months contract - remote (can be extended to 12 months after successful probation)
• Device: Talent will have to use their own
• Remote Readiness: Should be available on team video call for all work/client meetings during working hours
