Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid marketing channels, analytics, and conversion optimization, with the ability to maximize ROI while building brand visibility for our jewelry business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other performance platforms.
  • Manage remarketing, prospecting, and lookalike campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, ROI).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conversion Optimization: Monitor website/app performance, improve landing pages, and optimize customer journeys to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Budget & Strategy: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Forecast performance outcomes and align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches, festive seasons, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing (e-commerce/jewelry/retail preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO basics.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, attribution models, and funnel tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with jewelry customer buying behavior and luxury marketing strategies.
