Primary Purpose

The Performance & Strategy Specialist has a key role within the Biopharma Department and is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across all the programs. The specialist oversees the tracking and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the unit's overall performance, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend evidence‑based actions that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supports frequent internal evaluations of projects, analyzing project milestones, identifying issues and risks, and facilitating discussions to overcome any difficulties.
• Tracks and measures key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess vaccine unit performance and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develops and implements recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepares regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Effectively communicates project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively addresses any issues that may impact trial timelines or deliverables.
• Determines and implements strategies for the successful delivery of clinical programs, ensuring performance metrics align with quality and compliance expectations.
• Supports the development, standardization, and automation of processes and tools that improve efficiency, data visibility, and operational resilience across the organization.
• Contributes to the Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework, helping ensure uninterrupted clinical operations through data‑supported risk assessment, performance monitoring, and recovery planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• 1-3 years of familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python).
• Adept at analyzing data to form independent decisions.
• Effective time‑management skills demonstrated through management of multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to make difficult decisions under pressure, at times without all desired information.
