Responsible for Digital & Industrialization of Perceived Quality activities.
Converge Gap/Flush results with cross-functional teams.
Set nominal, Gap & Flush values for parts & assembly.
Develop robust datum scheme for trim & BIW parts with GD&T.
Conduct design reviews & validations on Trim and Assembly.
Perform assembly and in-plant assembly tolerance study and validation.
Negotiate with supplier on cost & product quality improvement.
Responsible for Digital & Industrialization of Perceived Quality activities (Gap/Flush Convergence, Design validation).

Set nominal, Gap & Flush values for parts & assembly from initial to final setting.
Develop robust datum scheme for trim & BIW parts with GD&T.
Conduct design review & validation on Trim, Sheetmetal parts & Assembly.
Perform Assembly and in‑plant assembly tolerance study and validation.
Perform sub‑assembly level tolerances study and validation.
Cross‑check standard data and values with achieved DVA results.
Escalate not meeting targets & design validation to style and other cross‑functional team for physical validation from supplier and in‑house manufactured parts.
Negotiate with supplier on cost & product quality improvement.
Compare competitor's product and our requirements.
