PepsiCo in Gurugram is looking for a SPL Manager (L06/L07/L08) to join a high-visibility Supply Chain Planning role with exposure across end-to-end supply chain, including supply/demand/production/distribution planning, inventory management and NPD planning.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on planning professional with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities. Note: this is not a project manager role, but a senior planning leadership position.

I came across your profile and wanted to discuss an exciting opportunity with PepsiCo for the SPL Manager role (L06/L07/L08), based in Gurugram.

Role Overview

This is a high-visibility Supply Chain Planning role with exposure across end-to-end supply chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Inventory Management, and NPD Supply Planning.

The role requires a hands-on planning professional with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities. This is not a Project Manager role.

Key Requirements

• 47 years of experience in Supply/Demand/Production/Distribution/Material/Inventory Planning
• End-to-end Supply Chain understanding
• Strong preference for candidates from the FMCG industry
• MBA in Supply Chain/Operations from a reputed institute preferred
• Exposure to NPD Supply Planning would be good to have
• Experience in innovation/process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and execution-focused mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

• Level Mapping: The opportunity is being evaluated across L06/L07/L08. The final level will be subject to the Hiring Manager’s assessment during the interview process, and candidates will be mapped accordingly. Please be informed.
