Responsibilities:

1. Manage, maintain, and enhance existing IT and communication infrastructure across India.
2. Ensure stringent IT security and surveillance for corporate data security.
3. Maintain IT infrastructure at the textile manufacturing plant.
4. Oversee both wired and wireless voice and data communications infrastructure across India.
5. Assist in negotiation, IT purchases, and contract management.
6. Implement all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization.
7. Plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department, providing direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.
8. Develop and review budgets for IT department divisions and ensure compliance with stated goals, guidelines, and objectives.
9. Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
10. Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
11. Oversee end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
12. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
13. Manage existing SAP, understand user needs and difficulties, coordinate project teams of consultants for implementation of approved customizations, version upgrades, enhancements, etc., across factories, and manage a team of Project Leads and core team while preparing and implementing training for users.
