Job summary

Kickdrum is seeking a People Success Partner to own high-impact programs shaping our talent pipeline and employee experience in Bengaluru. The role blends program management with strategic HR and hands-on execution, driving KDU and other initiatives with leadership alignment.

You will design, implement, and iterate engagement, mentorship, onboarding, and leadership development programs to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in HR, HR Business Partner, or Talent Development, with demonstrated program management experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
• Experience designing and running employee programs (like engagement, learning, mentorship, onboarding) from conception through execution and iteration
• Experience working with or supporting early-career talent pipelines - including campus hiring, graduate programs, or structured onboarding at scale.
• Exposure to HR tech stack tools (HRIS, ATS, LMS, or engagement platforms) and a comfort navigating systems to manage program operations efficiently.
