Amagi is seeking a candidate for a 3-month Employee Value Proposition project based in Bengaluru. You will partner with Internal Communications to interview high performers and leaders, uncover what makes Amagi unique, and shape talent narratives for a global audience.
You will generate qualitative insights, create executive-ready presentations, and design a phased rollout plan across the employee lifecycle, gaining exposure to senior leadership and the Chief People Officer.
