OneAdvanced Limited in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our global SaaS business. You will deliver accurate HR administration and support for our worldwide workforce, acting as first point of contact for employee queries and driving a positive employee experience.

You will manage the employee life cycle, maintain the HRIS and ticketing system, support payroll coordination with global teams, and lead People Operations projects while seeking automation

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Shared Services or People Operations.
• Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Helix.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and drive a positive experience.
• Process all aspects of the employee life cycle (offers, transfers, leavers).
• Oversee the internal ticketing system and provide excellent service to employees.
• Collaborate with global payroll teams ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Update and maintain the HRIS database with accurate people data.
• Manage administration of vetting processes, employee files, policies and statutory returns.
• Lead People Operations projects and support global initiatives.
• Review processes for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with accounts payable for timely payments.

This is the ideal role for an experienced HR Operations Specialist within a growing, progressive, and global SaaS business. As a People Operations Specialist you will join a collaborative team where you will be responsible for delivering an accurate and timely HR administration support services for our global workforce

What You Will Do

• You will be first point of contact for employee queries and will drive positive employee experience and engagement
• Processing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including offers of employment, internal transfers and leaver documentation
• Overseeing the internal ticketing system and providing exceptional service to employees.
• Working closely with the global payroll teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness when supplying information
• Updating and managing the HRIS database, ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of people data
• Managing administration in respect of the Company's vetting processes, employee files, people policies and statutory returns
• Lead on People Operations projects and support wider project initiatives across a global business
• Continuously review processes to assess for opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Being responsible for raising purchase orders via our accounting system and liaising with accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner
