Must have skills : Pega Marketing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Pega CDH & Decisioning Solution Architect, the candidate will provide technical leadership and solution architecture expertise for Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Pega Decisioning, Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA), and multi-channel customer engagement solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform v8.x, Bundle Negotiator, taxonomy governance, adaptive model lifecycle management, and customer decisioning. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, owning High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), defining integration and data architecture, and making key technical decisions. The candidate will also work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, senior leadership, Accenture teams, TPG client stakeholders, and external vendors. The role involves leading cross-shore delivery teams, managing technical governance, and ensuring successful delivery of complex Pega CDH and Decisioning solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Pega CDH and Decisioning Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership for complex Pega implementations.
• Lead solution architecture and technical design activities across Pega CDH, Pega Decisioning, NBAA, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
• Create, own, and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Design integration solutions and prepare Integration Solution Designs (ISDs) for Kafka, Mar Tech platforms, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Define and maintain data models, context dictionaries, and decisioning structures required for customer engagement use cases.
• Evaluate technical solution options and provide recommendations based on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Document technical decisions, solution alternatives, and architectural trade-offs for senior stakeholders.
• Translate business and functional requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct requirement gathering and solution design workshops with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Communicate technical solutions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including CX and GM-level leadership.
• Lead cross-shore and offshore delivery teams and ensure effective collaboration across Accenture, TPG client teams, and external vendors.
• Drive sprint governance, design reviews, architecture reviews, and technical delivery governance.
• Establish effective communication and collaboration across development, delivery, client, and vendor teams.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Pega Decisioning.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Pega implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform v8.x.
• Strong experience with Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA).
• Experience with Bundle Negotiator, including advertised and personalized bundle use cases.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy governance and decisioning frameworks.
• Experience managing the adaptive model lifecycle in Pega Decisioning.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outbound orchestration and customer engagement solutions.
• Proven experience in solution architecture with ownership of HLD and LLD documentation.
• Experience designing integrations involving Kafka, Mar Tech, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)**.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and context dictionaries in Pega Decisioning.
• Ability to evaluate technical alternatives and communicate solution trade-offs effectively.
• Experience converting business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of sprint governance, design review processes, and technical delivery governance.

• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Pega experience is required.
• Strong expertise in Pega CDH and Decisioning is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Platform v8.x, NBAA, Bundle Negotiator, taxonomy governance, adaptive model lifecycle, and multi-channel outbound orchestration is required.
• Experience with Kafka, Mar Tech, and CDP integrations is preferred.
• Experience in ANZ telecommunications or financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Pega Infinity '25 is preferred.
• The candidate should have strong solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, business analysis, and delivery leadership skills.
• A 15-year full-time education is required.
