• Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric medicine, including neonatal care, growth monitoring, and common childhood illnesses.
• Proficiency in communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call duties as required.
