Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking a pediatric physician to provide medical care and clinical management for children under the supervision of senior pediatric consultants. The role involves comprehensive assessment, history taking, physical exams, and creating treatment plans within hospital protocols.

The candidate will manage both pediatric OPD and inpatient cases, monitor progress, and document findings accurately.

Qualifications

• MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics preferred.
• Valid medical registration is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in Pediatrics/Pediatric hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and clinical management for pediatric patients under supervision of senior consultants.
• Assess patients, take detailed histories, perform examinations, and prepare treatment plans.
• Manage pediatric OPD and inpatient cases per hospital protocols.
• Monitor progress and document clinical findings accurately.
• Handle pediatric emergencies and coordinate with senior consultants as required.
• Assist in procedures and ensure pre- and post-procedure care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with parents/attendants regarding the child's condition and treatment plan.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
