Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a Senior Associate to drive program management across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

As a PDM Architect-Senior Associate you will optimize project portfolios, oversee selection, prioritization and resource allocation, and ensure delivery within budget and on time. You will lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and develop governance frameworks to support PMO maturity.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

As a PDM Architect- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Advisory practice, you will coordinate various projects to validate they are delivered within budget and on time, leveraging your organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
