Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to plan, design, verify and test electronic systems across Digital/Analog/RF/Optical domains. Lead a team while ensuring performance requirements and power optimization.

The role requires 8+ years of hardware engineering experience, strong scripting skills, AI flow familiarity, and experience with Innovus and FC tools in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in PD PNR and STA
• Strong background in Floorplan, placement, CTS methodology and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of UPF and multi-voltage designs
• Experience in low power designs and power optimizing techniques.
• Good scripting knowledge and basic knowledge in using AI flows.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Good knowledge in both Innovus and FC tools and should be open for using any tool as part of workflow.

Should be open for hands on work along with leading a team.
