Job summary

AnandRathi in Delhi seeks an experienced PCG RM profile for Assistant Manager level and above. The candidate will directly acquire quality HNI clients, manage substantial AUM in equity and investment products, and promote the Focus Product of the month.

Required are 5–7 years of relevant experience with 7–10 years total experience, and a Graduate/PG qualification. Location: Delhi. Reports to PCG-Desk Head.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• Experience in banking or broking preferred.
• Knowledge of capital markets, AUM targets and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales to acquire quality HNI clients via networking, data, and market intelligence.
• Maintain a maximum personal client base with strong local market awareness.
• Promote Focus Product of the month.
• Acquire HNI clients and sell MF, Insurance, PMS, and structured products.
• Leverage banking/broking background to manage bank AUM of HNI clients.
• Handle 12-15 Cr AUM in Equity & Investment products; manage 25–30 clients.
• Post reports to PCG-Desk Head.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct sales profile so candidate should be able to acquire quality base HNI clients through networking, database, and market intelligence.
• He/she should have a maximum number of own clients relationship and he/she should be aware of local market intelligence.
• Promote Focus Product of the month.
• Candidate should be able to acquire HNI Clients and able to sell MF, Insurance, PMS, Structure Products.
• Candidate should have experience from banking and broking industries and managing bank AUM of HNI Clients.
• Candidate should be having 12-15CR of AUM with him/her into Equity & Investment Product
• Min. 25-30 client candidate managing.
• Min AUM 5-6cr from Equity
