About the Team

The Oil and Gas vertical is focused on the offline payment solution team. This includes the payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. The team predominantly deals with petrol and gas station merchants and other retail businesses, handling end-to-end sales and operations. This includes onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants, while maintaining good relationships with PSU companies and oil marketing companies.

About the Role

The role involves selling products or services for the company and representing the brand. Additionally, it includes managing relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to final purchase.

  • Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet.
  • Candidate must have a zeal for growth.
  • Candidate should have good market knowledge.
  • Must have experience in a channel sales role with management of a 5-member sales team.
  • Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, and metrics.
  • Must have experience in motivating the team to earn lucrative incentives.
