Qualifications

  • 6 months-1 year of experience in payroll.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly, and/or Monthly).
  • Maintaining the mailbox efficiently.
  • Thorough and vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistakes.
  • Zero tolerance for errors in saving timesheets and maintaining necessary Excel files.
  • Notifying the payroll team of special instructions.
  • Arranging and supporting backup for invoices to be delivered to clients.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records accurately.
  • Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Assisting the Payroll Supervisor with various reports as needed.

Job Opportunity: Payroll Trainee

Location: Bangalore, India

About the Role

To ensure accurate processing of region/client-specific timesheets by adhering to defined service level agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Timesheet Checking: End-to-end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly, and/or Monthly).
  • Mailbox Management: Maintaining the mailbox efficiently.
  • Data Accuracy: Thorough and vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistakes.
  • Error-Free Processing: Zero tolerance for errors in saving timesheets and maintaining necessary Excel files.
  • Special Instructions: Notifying the payroll team of special instructions.
  • Invoice Support: Arranging and supporting backup for invoices to be delivered to clients.
  • Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining payroll records accurately.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
