NTT DATA, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a senior Oracle Cloud HCM professional to lead implementations and transformations across Global HR and Payroll. You will architect end-to-end HCM solutions, guide client discussions, and drive asset development for differentiating offerings.

The role requires shaping design proposals, identifying optimal actions, and presenting robust cost/time projections to stakeholders across industries.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Global HR and Payroll.
• Led full lifecycle implementations as the owner.
• Architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations.
• Ability to present solutions to clients and prospects.

• Lead the design and development of an HCM asset, accelerator, offering or differentiator.
• Present solutions to clients and address queries during engagements.
• Plan and direct product selection assessments to reflect cost, time and business needs.

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll)
• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation process.
• Should have understanding and exposure for Redwood UI migration.
• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
• Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
