Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in India seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM architect with 5+ years of experience to lead implementations and support across Global HR and Payroll functions.

You will work on Oracle Cloud HCM modules, present solutions to clients, and drive transformation programs including Redwood UI migration and ERP integration. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM processes, cross-industry experience, and ability to propose cost/time optimized design solutions are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation process.
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and HR end-to-end business flows.
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll).
• Participated in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as the owner.
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries.
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution.
• Should have understanding and exposure for Redwood UI migration.
• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation.
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries.
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
• Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
