Job summary

PVH Corp. in Bengaluru is seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to deliver expert implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday Payroll module for US and Canada payroll. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and IT to analyze requirements, develop specifications, and provide high-quality payroll solutions.

Strong problem-solving and independent work style are essential. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, efficient payroll processes and fostering partnerships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in Workday payroll configuration, such as pay policies, and earnings/deductions setup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in implementing and supporting Workday Payroll Solutions, including end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of other Workday modules, such as HR and benefits, is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration between Workday payroll and external systems, such as time and attendance, is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

As a Workday Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday Payroll module. Your primary objective will be to deliver efficient and accurate payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes (US and Canada), Workday payroll module, Payroll integration support and strong problem-solving skills.
