Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize multiple entity payrolls concurrently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle APAC payroll in a time-critical environment.
  • Ensure compliance with country schemes and regulations; meet SLAs.
  • Serve as point of contact for payroll and tax queries for APAC employees.
  • Collaborate with ADP payroll vendor and HR teams to support employees.

Under the direction of the Supervisor , APAC Countries Payroll, the Payroll Analyst will possess the experience and desire to support the CPT APAC payroll process. The incumbent will possess the knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations, compliance and provide customer service to all employees. Knowledge of ADP, Workday system and Service Now ticketing system is an added advantage. This position interacts with various levels of personnel both inside and outside the company. That interaction requires good interpersonal skills and judgement, tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers in troubleshooting problems and communicating status. Efficiency in this role requires a thorough solid understanding of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and procedures. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. The position reports to the Payroll Supervisor

Essential Functions
  • Experience in handling APAC payroll in a time critical and fast pace environment
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll processes, compliance regulations and country schemes
  • Responds to case management activity levels to ensure SLA’s are being met
  • Point of contact for employees in APAC and country Field HR team for payroll and tax related queries
  • Partner directly with other payroll analysts, ADP payroll vendor and Colleague Services Center to support employees
  • Support investigations and analysis to resolve root cause of payroll problems and communicate efficiently
  • Work with colleagues from around the business to ensure smooth end to end payroll processing
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work under tight time constraints
  • Participate in improvement projects related to payroll processes
  • Support internal control standards/audits and self-audit processes related to all aspects of payroll
  • Participate in business or functional projects as required
  • Any other duties as required to ensure the delivery of a first class payroll service to our colleagues
Education and Experience
  • Graduate with Minimum of 3-4 years of overall APAC Payroll & HR Ops experience, preferably in a multi-national company
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to priorities multiple entity payrolls concurrently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate to all levels of employees related to payroll items
  • Prior experience of Workday and ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and manage deadlines whilst managing a number of priorities
  • Experience Level Senior Level
