Job description

The person will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliances, and billing formanpower outsourcing operations. The role demands accuracy, compliance with labour laws, and timely delivery of payroll and accounts-related functions, ensuring smooth coordination between employees, clients, and management.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee & Compliance Management

  • Manage employee data entry, onboarding registrations, and master data on relevant portals.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
  • Track and follow up on missing documents from employees/site in-charges.
  • Collect attendance, validate corrections, and process payroll accordingly.
  • Formulate payroll structures in line with contracts, minimum wages, and statutory norms.
  • Prepare and file monthly EPF, ESI, PT, and TDS compliance returns.
  • Generate periodic reports for payroll, compliance, and employee data.
  • Handle grievances related to payroll, compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain site-wise employee files and statutory registers.

Accounts & Billing

  • Prepare site/project-specific bills in line with contracts and submission schedules.
  • Manage GST compliance, including e-invoicing and GST filing.
  • Track bills, monitor collections, and reconcile payments.
  • Maintain purchase ledgers, vendor records, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely bill submission and payment realization.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST, LWF).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll/accounting software, and government portals (EPFO, ESIC, GSTN, TRACES, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • Good drafting and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Integrity and commitment to meeting deadlines.
