Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a capable Test Lead with hands-on manual testing experience in the payments domain. The role emphasizes collaboration in an agile environment, strong communication, and exposure to corporate banking with SWIFT message handling.

Familiarity with MT/MX formats and related payment message types is valued. Candidates should bring 7+ years in testing and 2+ years in test leadership, plus skills in test planning, RTM, and data management to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of testing experience in the banking/payments domain.
• 2+ years of test lead experience with test planning and RTM.
• Experience in test data management and agile practices.
• Banking domain knowledge and SWIFT messaging familiarity.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing in payments domain with a focus on MT/MX messages.
• Develop and execute test plans, strategies and RTMs.
• Coordinate with teams, ensure test data readiness and coverage.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate on corporate banking payment message types (SWIFT/ MX).
• Handle intra-bank clearing workflows and related message types.
