To be eligible, you need to meet either of these two sets of qualifications:
- Option 1: Matric with Punjabi; a valid Tractor Driving License; and one year of experience in running and maintenance of Tractor and Agricultural implements.
- Option 2: Middle with Punjabi; a valid Tractor Driving License; and two years of experience in running and maintenance of Tractor and Agricultural implements.
The other rules in the notice are:
- Age: 18-50 years.
- Preference: Daily-wage workers who have worked for 10 years in the field at PAU and its outstation stations will get preference.
- Reservation: 25% and 12% of posts are reserved for candidates belonging to scheduled caste/tribes and backward classes of Punjab state, respectively. 13% of posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen and 3% for physically handicapped persons.
