Job description

IT Client Support Executive Responsibilities:

  1. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.
  2. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  3. Delivers fanatical customer service.
  4. Analyze and report Client product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
  5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  7. Assist team members while communicating with Customer Support Representatives.
  8. Proven team player mentality.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 Years’ Experience as Technical Support Specialist or Semi Voice IT Executive is preferable.
  2. Familiarity with Customer Service Oriented industry is a plus.
  3. Experience in help desk ticketing, Softphone and remote support tools.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Patience while handling tough cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
