Demonstrated experience translating organizational goals into technical roadmaps and leading the design and implementation of software solutions. Proven track record of acting as a technical mentor, navigating group dynamics, and actively participating in internal knowledge-sharing events.
Strong proficiency in establishing high coding standards and conducting comprehensive code reviews for MuleSoft implementations.
Deep technical capability working with Salesforce APIs (REST, GraphQL, GRPC, Bulk 2.0, Composite) and architecting real-time synchronization using Salesforce Platform Events, CDC, and PushTopics while managing Governor Limits.
Hands‑on experience designing scalable pub/sub messaging patterns and integrating with event brokers like Solace PubSub+ for real‑time data streaming.
Experience developing automated pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Mule Maven Plugin) and implementing effective monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Anypoint Monitoring, ELK, Splunk).
Strong capability to define and promote testing strategies and automation.
Solid understanding of secure coding practices, API governance, and implementing robust authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT Bearer Token flow, TLS/mTLS) while resolving complex performance bottlenecks.
Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CDISC.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical decisions to stakeholders and team members.
Proactive mindset dedicated to continuous improvement, identifying technical opportunities, and independently leading complex troubleshooting efforts.
