Job summary

Roche seeks a Patient Journey Partner-Opthalmology to lead market execution for Vabysmo (faricimab) and drive patient outcomes in retinal care. You will connect KOLs, retina specialists, and healthcare stakeholders to advance education and access while shaping strategic engagement inside the organization.

You will bridge external insights with internal teams, identify unmet patient needs, and help remove barriers to care, enabling adoption of advanced therapies and optimized treatment intervals.

The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Patient Journey Partner-Opthalmology to lead market execution and drive patient outcomes for Vabysmo (faricimab). In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic catalyst within the retinal healthcare ecosystem, identifying unmet patient needs, advancing scientific engagement around dual-pathway inhibition, and building long-term, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Drive Patient Outcomes & Brand Excellence: Identify, define, and execute strategic solutions that increase disease awareness, elevate scientific understanding, and strengthen brand presence across key retinal centers.
• Build Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Develop long-term, high-trust relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), retina specialists, and healthcare ecosystem stakeholders to remove barriers to care and unlock new possibilities for patients.
• Bridge Internal & External Expertise: Serve as the voice of the market within our organization, bringing external insights inside to continuously refine stakeholder experiences with our products and services.
• Remove Roadblocks: Navigate practice workflows, access landscapes, and clinical education needs to ensure smooth adoption of advanced treatment intervals and therapies.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or field medical roles (ophthalmology/retina experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic, cross-functional partnerships across complex healthcare ecosystems.
• Deep commercial acuity balanced with a passion for clinical education and patient advocacy.
• Agile problem-solver capable of turning market insights into actionable business strategies.
