Job summary

Lupin Digital Health is hiring a Patient Counsellor for Fortis Shalimar Bagh in North Delhi. The role involves engaging patients at clinics, counselling on the LYFE program, and onboarding them with the digital health solution.

You will work on a third-party payroll with a CTC up to 4.5 LPA and incentives up to 1.5 LPA. Travel to multiple locations may be required, and strong English/local language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc Nursing, Food Science & Nutrition, Social Work or Psychology is preferred.
• Excellent English and local language communication.
• Willingness to travel to multiple hospital locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Stationed at predefined doctors’ clinics or centers.
• Bridge patient concerns and counsel on the LDH LYFE program.
• Approach patients in OPD/Wards/IPD/Clinic and onboard to the LYFE program.
• Provide timely updates to doctors after demonstrations.
• Coordinate with doctors for patient camps and sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stationed at a set of pre-defined doctors’ clinics or centers/hospitals


• Bridging patient concerns and counselling them with LDH’s LYFE program solution


• Approaching patients in OPD/Wards/IPD/Clinic, selling the program to patients and onboarding them to the LYFE program.


• Providing timely updates to doctors about their patients’ information after demonstrations


• Coordinating with doctors regarding patient camps and sessions

What we’re looking for:

Someone who can challenge conventional thinking. Someone who’s willing to roll-up their sleeves and drive results.

• Patient facing or health care product exposure.


• Ability to counsel, convince and sell.


• Well versed with English and local language.


• Willingness to travel to multiple hospital location (if required).


• Educational background of BSc Nursing, Food Science & Nutrition, Social Work, Psychology is preferred

Note: This role is on a third-party payroll engagement. The selected candidate will be employed by our staffing partner

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Incentives (Earning Potential)*: up to 1.5 LPA

Daily Allowance*: INR 250/-* per working day
