The Partnerships & Outreach Associate will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding Rostrum’s external partnership ecosystem across NGOs, external mentors, internship organisations, project providers, and other relevant organisations that can support student profile-building requirements.
The role requires a proactive, relationship-oriented individual who can identify relevant partners, establish and maintain long-term relationships, formalise partnerships through MoUs, and work closely with the counselling team to understand student requirements and fulfil them through the right external opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating with the Accounts team to track partnership-related commissions, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate records, and smooth financial coordination.
