Job summary

Automation Anywhere in Bengaluru seeks a senior pre-sales specialist to drive technical strategy for ITSM and APA opportunities in partner-led contexts. You will be the technical authority, co-create architectures, and design POCs to speed up deal cycles.

You will mentor partner SEs, craft reusable assets, and engage C-suite leaders to shape winning solutions across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Workday ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with enterprise software or SaaS exposure.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with customers and partners.
• Experience in partner-led sales and co-selling models.

• Serve as the definitive Automation Anywhere APA technical authority in partner-led customer engagements

• Design and lead compelling POCs and technical workshops that accelerate partner deal cycles
• Provide competitive technical advocacy in deals

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or solution consulting roles at an enterprise software or SaaS company
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms including integration patterns, workflow design
• Demonstrated experience working within a partner or channel motion: co‑selling alongside GSIs, regional SIs, VARs, or system integrators
• Proven expertise with enterprise automation platforms – Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent
• Fluency in the broader enterprise application ecosystem: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday
• Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees and platform certifications (AA, UiPath, ServiceNow) are a plus
• Ability to travel up to 40% to partner and customer sites
