Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in India seeks a Senior SAP Commerce (Hybris) Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable Hybris solutions for our digital commerce platform. You will work with architects, product owners and QA to deliver high-performance applications.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP Commerce Hybris, strong Java/Spring, Hybris Core, REST APIs, and experience with Solr, backoffice, and integrations with ERP/CRM. You will mentor juniors and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security), and J2EE expertise.
• Experience with Hybris Core Platform, Backoffice, PCM, Solr Search, Impex/Hotfolder, CronJobs, WCMS, SmartEdit.
• RESTful web services (Spring Web Services or similar).
• Database design and SQL (MySQL, Oracle, or SAP HANA).
• Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven and deployment automation (Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Understanding of SAP integrations (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
• Hands-on experience with payment integrations such as Stripe, including credit card payments, digital wallets, and vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom modules, extensions, and integrations within the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform.
• Work on complex B2C and/or B2B commerce implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the SAP Commerce platform.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM, payment gateways).
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions for our digital commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom modules, extensions, and integrations within the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform.
