Job summary

Kai Early Years in Bengaluru invites applications for a warm, creative and passionate Parent–Toddler Programme Facilitator to lead our Parent–Toddler Programme for children aged 6 months to 3 years. You will design joyful, developmentally appropriate activities and nurture connections with families.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers and/or parent-toddler programmes.
• A good understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
• Warmth, patience, creativity and confidence in working with young children and adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Most importantly, a genuine love for children and the early years.
