Uplers is Looking for: We are seeking a detail-oriented Pardot Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, and the ability to design and execute campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute Pardot email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs. Develop dynamic content and automation rules to deliver personalized experiences. Manage A/B testing and reporting to improve campaign performance.
  • Database & Lead Management: Maintain and segment the prospect database for targeted campaigns. Support lead scoring, grading, and routing to sales.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Provide insights and recommendations to improve deliverability, engagement and conversions. Analyze domain reputation, email performance, and overall marketing ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement administration and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification preferred.
