Job Description:

Sales Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets (Primary & Secondary) consistently.
  • Identify root causes for non-achievement of targets.
  • Generate continuous Rx from prescribers.
  • Focus on Doctors Per Brand and Brand Per Doctors.
  • Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) for the entire territory.

Customer Delight (Highly Satisfied Customers):

  • Exhibit proper etiquette during customer interactions.
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance while visiting customers.
  • Prioritize customer profitability and well-being.
  • Continuously add loyal customers and gather feedback.

Process:

  • Adhere to company norms for Call average & Doctor Coverage.
  • Follow the monthly tour plan without deviation.
  • Ensure timely submission of the tour plan.
  • Generate POB per day and update in SFA.
  • Monitor non-prescribers monthly.

Compliance:

  • Submit Daily Call Report (DCR) through SFA.
  • Maintain 100% Call Average and Coverage matrix.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies as per business requirements.
  • Regularly update SFA with customer input, competitor activities, challenges faced, and support required.

Execution Excellence:

  • Execute 100% of brand activities and customer communication.
  • Ensure retail availability before brand promotion.
  • Prevent product expiration at retailers and stockists.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and update in SFA.
  • Provide customer-specific marketing inputs.

2 years – 4 years
