Job summary

WPP is seeking a senior PAM engineer to own complex change and integrations, ensuring secure, compliant operations in partnership with Kyndryl. You will lead onboarding, automation and escalation for privileged accounts, while coaching partner engineers to avoid recurring failures.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with PAM platforms, Vaulting and session management, and strong certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with PAM platform engineering and integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of BeyondTrust PAM.
• Vaulting and session management configuration.
• Automation and scripting capabilities.
• Security hardening and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to assure change and enforce standards.
• Extensive hands-on experience with relevant platforms.
• Senior technical certifications.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and assure complex PAM configuration, onboarding and integrations.
• Act as senior technical escalation above the Kyndryl run layer.
• Automate privileged-account onboarding and operational tasks.
• Assure the quality and security of partner-delivered change.
• Support audit remediation and control hardening.
• Own complex and small change in-house and provide senior technical escalation above the Kyndryl run layer.
• Assure the quality, safety and standards-compliance of Kyndryl-delivered change.
• Coach and uplift partner engineers and engineer out recurring failure.
