Job summary

NITYO in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management specialist to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on PAM projects, RBAC, and EPM skills.

You will document standards, align PAM initiatives with business and IT strategies, and ensure governance and security for information assets.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in enterprise PAM, deep IAM knowledge, and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows and Linux.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience engineering enterprise level Privileged Access Management projects. Hands on in EPM - Endpoint Privilege Manager (or Endpoint Privilege Management) and RBAC.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expert knowledge in Privileged Access Management and other IAM domains.
• Understanding of Active Directory and core functions.
• Understanding of Windows/Linux server configuration/architecture.

• Create detailed documentation and input on PAM standards, security and risk practices.
• Optimize PAM approaches aligning with evolving business needs and organizational IT strategy.
• Develop checks and controls for governance, security and information asset quality.

• Optimize PAM approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities and ensures that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.

• Develop internal and external checks and controls to ensure proper governance, security and quality of information assets.

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, vendors, senior management and translate complex technical solutions into non-technical requirements documents.
