Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced IAM/PAM engineer to design, implement, and secure identity and access management across multi-cloud, high-availability environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access strategies, evaluate current IAM posture, perform gap analyses, and manage on-premises and cloud IAM processes, while providing incident-response expertise for tools like CyberArk and EntraID.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and secure IAM and PAM services for multi-cloud HA deployments.
• Engage cross-functional teams to define high-level access management approaches.
• Evaluate IAM posture, perform gap analysis, and manage On-Premises and Cloud IAM processes.
• Provide expertise for incident response related to IAM tools like CyberArk, Thales, AD, and Cloud PAM.
• Understand Privileged Access Management, EntraID concepts, MFA, SSO, CA; provide SME guidance.
• Monitor privileged access ecosystem and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and cybersecurity teams to align with standards.
• Conduct audits and vulnerability assessments related to IAM/PAM and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with security trends to enhance environment security.
• Hands-on experience in cloud computing (Azure/AWS).

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Design, implement, manage, and secure IAM and PAM services for multi cloud-based and High-availability implementations.
• Engages with cross-functional teams to understand access management requirements and prepare the high-level approach for the implementation.
• Evaluate current IAM and PAM posture, provide integration recommendations, perform gap analysis, and manage On-Premises and Cloud Identity and Access Management related processes.
• Provide technical expertise and support for incident response related to Identity and Access management tools like CyberArk, Thales, Active Directory and Cloud based PAM solutions.
• A good understanding of Privileged Access Management solutions, Microsoft Azure EntraID concepts, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access etc. should be able to provide subject matter expertise in the mentioned area.
• Monitor and analyze privileged access implementation ecosystem, provides insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and cybersecurity teams to envision new best practices aligned to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify risk related to IAM and PAM, classify their severity and work towards the mitigation plan
• Stay relevant with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices, and use the knowledge for enhancing security posture of the environment.
