Job description

Job Description:

Strong experience in end-to-end (IT) recruitment life cycle. Excellent communication skills with good judgmental skills. Previous experience in IT recruitment is preferred. Must be target-driven and able to thrive in a time-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on experience in using job portals.
  2. Sourcing relevant profiles from job portals.
  3. Screening and skills assessment as per job requirements.
  4. Knowledge of various tech stacks or technology preferred in IT recruitment.
  5. Scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer.
  6. Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  7. Work closely with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements.
  8. Coordinating with different levels of managers to ensure completion of the recruitment process.
  9. Completing the documentation process with selected candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
