The Paid Media Executive will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role requires expertise in campaign strategy, performance tracking, and ensuring all paid media efforts are aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics across all campaigns.
Ad Creation: Work with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad copy, images, and video content that aligns with campaign goals.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Audience Targeting: Use advanced audience targeting techniques to drive the right traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and make recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that paid media campaigns align with larger marketing strategies. Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and new paid media technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaigns (Should be from Agency).
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
