Job summary

LeDroit India in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune invites applications for a Corporate Legal Intern role. This HYBRID internship combines on-site work for 2 days and remote work for 3 days, lasting two months.

You will support in-house counsel, draft contracts, conduct legal research, and manage contract lifecycles. The program offers a stipend of ₹5,000 per month, along with internship certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the in-house counsel with corporate legal issues and business activities.

• Assist the legal team in organizing and keeping track of documents.
• Position: Internship (2 months)
• Work Mode- 2 days on-site & 3 days remote.
• Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000.00 + Company transport

Qualification:

• Previous experience or a good understanding of the drafting of contracts.
